The majority of students need extra help with certain parts of their schooling. The problem is, a lot of parents can not give these students the time and attention that they need. Even those that have the time to offer their children, may not have the subject knowledge in order for their child to excel in the long term. For many reasons including the one above, Science grinds help students to get on the road towards success.
The Classroom
The classroom can suddenly be an extremely daunting place when a student starts to ask questions. If they start to feel like they are lagging behind and do not want to be the centre of attention, they might just sit there quietly. This will just mean that they lag further and further behind in the future. Science grinds come to the home of the child, meaning that they are taken out of the hostile environment of the classroom to try and catch up with parts of the subject that they are struggling with.
The Amount of Pupils
The amount of pupils in a classroom means that students do not really get the attention that they really need. Most classrooms will have in excess of 25 pupils, all of which need the teachers attention. For a student that is struggling, this can be extremely frustrating and they are certainly not going to learn everything that they need to. Science grinds come to the home of the child and work on a 1-2-1 basis. This means that the child will get all the care and attention that they need, until they are completely satisfied that they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to every aspect of science.
